An existing Forum resides on ToastForum software - obsolete, feature-poor - which has become corrupted (which means I have ftp but not admin access to the site). I estimate that there are about 8200 posts and about 520 registered users. I want the Forum converted to the current version of phpBB with the users and posts in place on the new Forum. No artwork or styling is required - just the default format. In responding, tell me what other information is required to proceed to a quote.

I have no idea about ToastForum but I can study the database structure and create converter .. while i'm OK with converting to phpBB ..
