Good day. Creating a login page inside an MS Access APP is pretty simple as well as creating an Admin Page to see users currently logged-in . Signing-out automatically can be done by looking at the login table and if a user's logged out then he/she will be logged-out immediately. Auto back-up is pretty tricky as MS Access needs manual clicking when doing a backup but let's see what I can do. Message me so that we can talk more about this project. Thanks and have a nice day.

Hi, Are you using one database or split database into two - one) is database and another) one is front end. ? 1. We can create login screen 2. we can assign a admin role for few logins so that only those can open the admin page and see who is using the database 3. logoff or close every one - can be done 4. auto back up, we can do it from within access to back up all the data from all the tables, however in order to run this access application must be open. to auto back up even access is not open then we have to create a back up utility and schedule on windows task scheduler. 5. combo boxes, yes we can add, please provide list of items for each and functionality to implement.
