Please read the attachment for a further description of the work that is required. You will need to be proficient in PHP, Python or C+, MySQL, Networking, and many years of development under your belt before bidding on this project. The Phase I project will be very simple, but this is the stepping stone to more development to come. Maybe even a full time job., Make sure we are using the latest & greatest development techniques and languages for this project. Make sure you understand what PING is, how to work your way around LINUX (particularly Debian). This will need to be documented very clearly to be a successful project. You will development on your Raspberry PI and YOUR server. When we are at a point to move to my devices, I will place milestone and release 50% of payment. Once we have moved to my devices and servers, we will start working through any bugs. Once bugs have been worked through and all documentation provided, I will place the last milestone and release the remaining 50% to you. I will not add MILESTONE payments up front as many people bid that do NOT have the skillsets to complete the task. Until you and I have some history of working together, no money will be sent up front. Not even for milestone/escrow payments. Please review this design guide attached as this will be the foundation for the development project. Thanks
