I'm looking for an interactive WebGL or Desktop Application/Game that will encapsulate and represent code and infrastructure in a 3D format. As an example, to represent the hierarchy of wordpress's files in a visual fashion. The content for display should be created within the application/game or by pulling it in from a webservice endpoint, which might be a JSON file. The display should allow for: - rotation and zoom - interacting with any given file to render its contents - creating test inputs and watching execution of code block by block - code execution data to come from xdebug or kcachegrind exports I'm seeking a prototype to show how multiple people can interact with a codebase visually and see bottlenecks. Work has been done like this within games, called Visual Scripting, but I'm interested in taking this outside of a specific game and generalising the way in which developers can visualise code and interact with other developers on the same code base.
