Social Media Marketing

Hours:
• Free to work whenever you want. Get work done before deadline.
• Be online Monday – Thursday 9am -3pm PST. Los Angeles time.
• 30 minute - 1 hour conference on Sundays. Most likely at 11am PST
Pay:
Monthly guaranteed salary $120 a month.
Bonus per account:
During the first month. There is a $10 bonus per each social media client(not platform) you
manage. After the internship it is bumped up to $20 per social media client.
Tasks:
• Come up with ideas for new clients. (SMM, SEO, Websites, Rebranding, etc…)
• Hop on conference calls with clients. Brief the team after that.
• Proofread everything, make sure there are NO mistakes.
• Oversee strategy, ideation, and development of all social media, content, websites, and
copywriting across all marketing channels and inside the product ensuring consistent
usage and roll out of the brand guidelines.
• Keep the client happy.
• Time to time, collaborate with PR agency on media exposure.
• Give critical feedback to the team.
• PPC
• Social media plan.
• Implement feedback from client.
• Manage the sponsored ads.
• Follow/Unfollow method for growth.
• Proofread everything, make sure there are NO mistakes.
• Always lead the team and be likeable to them.
• Be in communication with the client.
Skills:
• Instagram and Facebook tools.

• Understand what is good marketing and what is bad marketing.
• Technical knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills.
