I have a task: to make openldap / opendj docker work. I need to set up a docker container and run ldap service inside.

I need you to configure this thing in a way that I will be able to:

- maintain data / schema consistency (map volumes to container, I assume), between sessions

- set up access policies

- login under different logins

the main thing is that I need you to show me how to do this stuff, through zoom. Like we will log in, I will share my screen and you will tell me what to do.
