We need a .NET Core API template to use our projects. We are a start-up company, mainly in project development. So we need to create as many reusable components as possible to reduce coding time and reduce bugs. We need to develop high performance, highly scalable and high security applications. Templates must meet the above requirements. Create a Rest API template on the .NET core by incorporating the following requirements.
