Mi servirebbe un semplice programma per windows (compatibile da XP in su) che, inserendo una url (.m3u8) di un live stream HLS, lo converta in un driver per poter essere utilizzato in altri software di acquisizione video. Ad esempio vorrei ritrasmettere, tramite l'Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder, un segnale audio-video di un live stream in formato HLS (magari salvandolo su un file locale). Sono sufficienti pochi controlli: rigo per l'url, tasto start-stop, tasto record-stop.
