We need a tool to automate the export of data from a software, using one of this software's feature. This could be done using a script or a customed application (if it should be a compiled one, my clients will need the source code and will compile it on their own computer). The solution should be able to : 1. manage several automated tasks in loop, 2. set up parameters before launching each export (following the user's instructions), using either screenscraping or logic to detect the buttons positions where it should click. 3. detect when a new [login to view URL] window pops up (which means the previous export is over and the next task should be launched) Please check the attached specifications Here are the details I need for each candidate : A. can you do this? B. please describe a similar achievement of yours I do automatic launching desktop application or web application for many application I developed as part of software testing procedure to make sure each function of user interface (UI) is working. In your case, I will use the same technique to archive your project requirements. C. how would you proceed (which tools or language would be used) ? I will use C# and WPF to create desktop application which will launch your application. Then automate each step for necessary data input and output with button click required.
