Restful API integration support

I have a RESTful API used to post records into a database hosted in drupal. The API specs are attached. Two partners are trying to integrate into the API, but getting errors. Attached are their strings. This project is to review the partner integration strings, review the API and provide specific advice and changes to the partner integrations which allow them to successfully post data through the API. The project will be completed when the partners are successfully posting data into the API.
