I am in need of someone reliable and experienced to post 10 ads daily in the HOUSING section in Memphis, TN. You must know all the tricks of Craig's List including the recent changes, and how to overcome them. These ads will be be text and IMAGE/HTML ads, which will be provided by me. I will provide all pictures. You will be given a test run for one week before it becomes on-going. Pay will be every Friday. NO BEGINNERS PLEASE.
Requirements
-Must have PVA accounts and proxies and know how to make the ads stay as long as possible. I will only pay for live ads!
-Must know how to prevent flagging and ghosting
-Must provide a daily report showing links to the live ads
-I would like the ads to post evenly throughout the day, for ex. 4 ads at 8AM, 3 ads at 12PM, and 3 ads at 6PM, all CST.
I am looking for someone on a permanent basis. I will eventually want this individual to also post to other rental sites such as [login to view URL] and similar sites. This is a new business venture and I am looking for someone that I will feel comfortable with giving more projects to in the future as we grow. I am looking to pay no more than $0.30 per ad, but tell me what your price per ad is and we can go from there.

I have my own website and have experience doing this type of work in the Oklahoma area. I work from home and can keep up with the demands of this task. However per ad I would charge at least 3.00 not .30cents. thats 30.00 a day and 210.00 a week. The reason I would charge so much is because I would be available to post for you up to 8 hours a day. Whenever you want me to post and keep up with the ad's Id schedule that.
