Web Promotion, Need Members !!

Freelancers, I have a website, www.seekanonymized.com. I actually have a couple of websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and a couple other.. I am looking for someone to bring me 100 members each month to seekanonymized.com.. Each 100 member must sign up for a subscription. Now you can do this any way you like as long as it is legal. Meaning legit people signing up! IT is possible considering there are many people out there that can't visit certain sites..As well you can market the other sites I have and I will give you 10% of the PROFIT every month as long as the profit is over $500. I have no skills in advertising and web promotion. I am still learning but my business(s) are not making any money. You will only be paid for the bid price after memebrs start signing up. This is because I only want legit work that will actually work.
