Amazon to eBay

I need a MC access program that will list my amazon listings to eBay: Details: It should download all amazon listings to the database, and should have a filter "FBA" "FBM" Should have an option to upload a CSV file to update all amazon skus in the database with the cost price (which will use later to calculate the eBay price) Should be able to see which skus is listed already on eBay which will be looked up from the custom label option on eBay, all eBay listings will have the Amazon SKU in the custom label filed. If the amazon listing is not listed on eBay it should be an option to list with a single click, All listing settings will be setup in a setting menu it should have all settings that are available when listing on eBay, It should tack down from amazon the title, and bullet points, should be able to revise if needed, Bullet points will be the description on eBay. Price will be cost price + eBay and paypal fees + markup. markup % will be setup in the program each time a different markup % like 20% 30% and so on... The cost price it will be looked up from the database.. eBay and PayPal fess should be able to revise according to the fees I'm getting from eBay and PayPal... Should lookup the category and the second category automatically, and should be able to revise if needed... Should be able to list to a eBay account with store and be able to make store category's. The listing will be list automatically to a html template that I will provide. Should tack down and list all images from the amazon listing. Should keep all eBay listings information in the database that if needed to revise should be able to make it easily from the program. Should put the amazon sku to each eBay listing in the custom label field. Should be able to revise each listing or in bulk in the program and it should get revised in eBay.. Should be able to do it with a file too. Each listing need to be individual listings not variations. Should not be compiled, and source code and application must be provided that if I want to add something another programmer should be able to work on it, as well as help and support with installing and making sure it works. Should have the option to add some minor options in middle the work.
