INVENTORY MANAGEMENT - E-COMMERCE BUSINESS

The Role
As the company’s Amazon Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing our company stock and forecasting. You will be working directly with the CEO
Responsibilities:
MONITOR OUR WORLDWIDE STOCK: Check sales and stock number weekly to ensure we have stock in the right place, at the right time!
STOCK MOVEMENTS: Planning & monitoring the movement of stock from our warehouses in the UK & USA to Amazon.
CREATING AMAZON SHIPMENTS: Replenishing our stock at Amazon by Creating Amazon Shipping Plans via Seller Central
MONITORING AMAZON SHIPMENTS: Full Responsibility for the monitoring of stock being delivered to Amazon, monitoring shipments, investigating discrepancies between Amazon and the warehouse, creating Amazon cases to reconcile the stock issues.
ETSY SHIPMENT: Monitoring Etsy sales and creating Amazon Fulfilment Orders. Updating Etsy with Amazon tracking numbers.
STOCK COUNTING: Liaising with our warehouses to carryout regular stock counts, investigating any stock discrepancies.
UPDATING SOFTWARE: Updating and using various software to plan stock movements, stock forecasts and stock control.
REPORTING: Weekly reporting of stock situations like, out of stock, stock needing to be ordered, quantities needing to be ordered, urgent stock requiring replenishing by air freight.
MONITORING SHIPMENTS: Arriving from China to the USA & UK, ensuring any urgent stocks are immediately sent to Amazon.
SEASONALITY: Manually adjusting the ordering and shipping plans to allow for seasonality based on previous period sales.
PLANNING: New Purchase Orders, Advising stock to be ordered on a weekly basis.
MONITORING UK INBOUND SHIPMENTS: Ensuring correct VAT paperwork is received from logistics company with our EORI number (training given)

Requirements:
3-4 years proven experience on Inventory Management & Amazon FBA
Strong background in an eCommerce environment, specifically, requirements analysis, planning, forecasting, inventory control, and strategy
