We have a folder which included a template and soem forms which are scanned to PDFS and I need them re - written in word with borders boxes etc. so that are editable and can form our Template for future.
The work entails. Re drafting the forms and re writing the words that go with them. The forms will have to created from the ones provided the forms will be individually saved while the index and contents will be caved as a template that can be edited
A sample of the documents is attached. There are approximately 10 - 15 forms plus the Document template which is made up of various pages with some writing 10 pages to Draft and get to final stage. We will supply logos etc. later on.
All forms and manual layout now uploaded .please quote accordainly
