very simple project, we can basically step down the mains, to read the doorbell press, and use that signal as the trigger to either switch a solenoid that hits the gong or have a motorized mechanism that will hit the gong. i can help you with the hardware as well as the software to trigger the gong hit. and also the help you design the gong mechanism if needed. feel free to check my profile for past reviews and projects.
