CE marking machine, revising electrical system

On a automated filterbag machine of gt filtra I need to give for my customer a CE marking. Mechanicaly it is redrawn and now I plan the safety improvments and changes in electrcal system.
I search for an automation engineer who draws schematics in E-plan and reprograms the Omron PLC to the new added functions. Knowledge of the CE and other European directives is needed in field of the electronical point. Also choosing together the best E-stop ways (Button - Screen - Cord)
