Need a laser alignment machine built

You will be working alongside other freelancers. The project is simple. We will be a factory soon. But all out machines need to be built cheap as we don't have the resources to spend 1000s on this project. The factory will be lamination of LCDs to touch display for the phone industry. The machine we require is a alignment machine. Now CCD is too expensive, so we use a series of lasers and sensors to determine the angle and position of the LCD. After that we need to place one on top of eachother. Then take l The machine the LCD to lamination.
