Need some one to develop a communication system (VLC communication) simulation

Hello, I am PhD Researcher in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Control Systems (Linear and Nonlinear Control Systems). I have Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering. My Area of Specialization is Control System & Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and My Major skills are PCB design, Arduino, c/c++ MATLAB, Simulink,FPGA Mathematics, Statistics, FPGA,verilog/vhdl/Numerical Methods, Numerical, Logical and Verbal Reasoning, Modeling, Design and Analysis. I am an professional embedded software and hardware designer and I have done many project using wireless modules like ESP32. Hello I am an electronics engineer having about 6 years of hands on experience on fpgas using verilog and vhdl. I designed many complex systems such as demodulators, modulators, high speed ADC dac interfaces , ethernet interfaces and so on. In the past, i designed so many systems and do timing closure on them. I have experience ad9361/9364 chips with artix 7 fpgas. I used it to design custom SDR using pure verilog .Thus i have experience on qpsk, cpfsk etc. I dont study ofdm kind of modulations but i know the principals behind it , ffts , cps etc. I designed 2 different multipath effective equilazers , so I know how to fight multipath in Real life. In network Side , I only used ethernet and serial protocols. I dont have PCB creation experience , basically i am digital design engineer having wide experience on pure rtl design and emphasis on DSP/ telecom. I use vivado as a ide

Having a commands on various softwares ( Netsim, Microsoft Office, Scilab, Matlab, GNU8085 .....) and languages (C, C++, Matlab, Assembly Language 8085.....). Published National and International ( IEEE) Papers during my academic carriers .Participate in Technical Workshops and Seminars and also organize for various subjects for faculties and students. Involve with final year student’s project. During this COVID 19 Pandemic situation managing MS Teams software at College level. My area of interest are Digital Logic design, Microprocessor, Computer Network, etc….
