Touchscreen office phone

I want a phone designed that is an office phone I want it to have a touchscreen on it and connect to WiFi and I want it to make calls via WiFi here is how I want it to go so I want the phone to look just like a regular office phone but no internet cords I want it to have a touchscreen and connect to WiFi via the touchscreen then you pay with a cc for a number you choose any are code you want and when people call that number the call goes right to the phone do you get the idea?
