arduino countdown timer

looking for some help in creating the arduino code and schematic for a countdown timer. I have 2 variants needed, this project is for the first variant but will work with the chosen freelancer to continue the project.
I'm currently prototyping escape room games, controllers, countdowns etc. The need for the particular variant as listed here as become needed asap and i need help in order to speed up the time of getting the project finished.
i need the countdown to count from 120min deducting a minute every minute, ie 119, 118 etc etc.
i will need a button input to start the timer.
i will need a button input to reset the timer.
this particular project will be hard coded at 120min but future prototypes will need this to be set by the user.
the display used will be 4inch led 7 segment displays like these : [login to view URL]
these are 9v so i presume some kind of transistor switching will be necessary. the ideal freelancer should also know how to design the schematic for this.
