Design Antenna LNA

I am looking for a skilled engineer to design an antenna LNA for my project. The antenna needs to cover the MHz frequency range. The desired gain for the LNA is 48dB, with a noise figure of less than 1.5dB. The bandwidth should be between 1550-1620MHz. The size of the antenna should be 50*50mm.
Deliverables: Provide all design files.
Diagram, Simulation files, Schematic and PCB files, Gerber & BOM files.
Requirements:
1. There is a hole via for the feed pin in the center of the LNA board for the GNSS patch antenna.
The hole via is the input of the LNA board, and the output is the solder pad connected to the RF coaxial cable.
2. Since the LNA consumes power, RF signals and DC 3.3V are transmitted together through the coaxial cable. So the LNA board requires a DC Block circuit.
3. I think the board needs 3 LNA chips and 2 bandpass filters.
You can use MAX2659 as LNA and TA1954A as filter. Or you can use another similar chip.
4. The shape of the board is circular, the part with the elements is square, and there must be a soldering pad on the edge to install the shield box.
