I like the design of the Lixie Clock that is laser cut on acrylic panels. This one will be a bit different with only 4 stacked acrylic sheets. It will need an arduino component, pcb board w/ LED's to light the acrylic from the bottom. I would like the frame to also light up with 3 colors: RYB and white. ex. [login to view URL] The Lixie is 9 panels. I would expect mine to only be 4 panels w/ 3 colored LEDS: Red, Yellow, Blue

Hi, I would estimate about 15 hours for the design of the circuit, components and pcb. and an additional 15 for some basic software to light up the LEDs according to the time (not sure if you need or intend to do yourself). - note that maybe you need to also add a real time clock component..
