Wireless Limit Switch

I am 58 years of age and have my own electronics company in South Africa where we design and build PCBoards. I am totally new to Arduino programming but have some experience in Assembler programming on the 8051 microcontrollers. The transition to C-programming is not going easy but I will get there eventually. I am doing a project with two nRF24L01 modules and two Arduino Nano boards. The transmitter will have a sensor (N/O) that will trigger the transmit module when it closes. On the receiver side it has to operate a relay to indicate that the sensor has closed. This is the task in a nutshell. I do however need some extra features that are explained in the attached Word document. I have already done the basic setup and the link is functioning perfectly. I get a led to come on on the receiver when the sensor is closed on the transmitter. I have included everything I have including the Arduino sketches for the TX and RX and a schematic of the transmitter and receiver. I want to use the ATMega328P and the nRF24L01 modules for which I am designing the pcboard. I need help with the rest of the project please.
