I’m about to promote a new tech-training course and need a streamlined outreach engine that can reliably push 200–300 personalised emails a day without landing in spam. Google Yamm and Google Workspace are on the table, but I’m actually leaning toward any other email platform you believe will maximise deliverability—whether that’s SendGrid, Mailchimp, Constant Contact or something you recommend from experience. Here’s the flow I’d like you to build and hand over: • Warm up fresh or existing sending accounts and domains so reputation is solid before the first real blast. • Set up the chosen platform, connect DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and verify everything is green. • Import my course-promotion copy, merge in personalisation fields, and schedule a daily drip of roughly 250 emails. • Monitor the first few sends, tweak subject lines or throttling settings, and share a short report on open, click and bounce rates. • Document the entire workflow so my team can continue the cadence after hand-off. I already have the target-audience emails; you’ll just be plugging the list into the new system and making sure every send looks clean, personal and compliant with CAN-SPAM/GDPR.
