I am the owner of a hosting Company in Greece! Our main problem is the e-mails! Our e-mails are sent via WHMCS and every e-mail goes to junk folder. We need to get rid of that! We need the domains to go to the Inbox folder of ALL e-mails providers. The same should be done in the second server that we have for our clients. The freelancer should: -Unlist the IPs from the Blocking List (if any) -Make the proper DNS settings for it to work -Make whatever else is needed The freelancer should also know (optional, but will help you): -E-mail Marketting, so as to provide some ideas for getting customers -Provide ideas for anything else that we may need

hi , i can check your ips and dns records also check them into the rbl list , can setup dkim , spf sign so your emails will have better delivrery , but based on the ip's reputations will endup in inbox and a factor is email content. evan if the dns , dkim , spf are 100% perfect if u have bad email content they wont pass the spam filters of the eps.

Hello, You need to create PTR record as it is often used as a spam filter, and it is not created yet for your IP. Reverse DNS is controlled by the owner of the IP address, in your case it is OVH. So you should just ask OVH to setup PTR record for your IP. I think it will solve the issue.
