Being a manager of a business, I have learned how to think first on how to react on every situation. I believe being logical, whether personal or business, is always the key as nothing good comes out when you decide out of your emotions. I always analyze the situation, weigh the pros and cons, before I talk to anyone involved. Working with customer service for 4 years in total taught me how to be patient and how to interact with people from different levels. I always share my insights to people and be interactive with work as much as I can.
I have a strong desire and need to achieve equilibrium between the world around us and ourselves while creating a sustainable work/life balance between the two. This is mainly the reason why I decided to get a job online. One thing that motivates me too is the power to lead and train people. I have this desire to help people to succeed and achieve their goals. When I started working in a corporate world, I got promoted immediately after my regularization and started working as a Site Coordinator/Employee Engagement. I was responsible for rewards and recognition programs to support core values while driving employee engagement and until now I still apply it at work. I can say I am a team-player that loves to be challenged.
