Photobooth Funnel & Website Build

I run a growing photobooth business and I’m starting from square one with my online sales funnel. I need someone who has already built high-converting funnels for photography or event-based companies and can guide the entire process—from the first ad click all the way to a paid booking and signed contract. The funnel must cover three core elements: • Lead generation that attracts local event planners, brides, and corporate clients • Automated email follow-ups that nurture those leads until they’re ready to book • Sales conversion pages that make it effortless to choose a package and pay a deposit Alongside the funnel, I also need a streamlined website. It has to accept deposits securely, trigger an online contract for e-signature the moment payment is made, and showcase a clean gallery of past events so prospects can see what the booth looks like in action. I’m platform-agnostic—as long as the solution is easy for me to manage later. If you’re skilled with tools such as ClickFunnels, WordPress + Elementor, Kajabi, Squarespace, or a similar stack, let me know which you recommend and why. Deliverables I’m expecting: 1. A fully implemented funnel (ads or lead magnet entry point, email sequence, and checkout/booking page) that is live and tested. 2. A mobile-friendly website integrated with my payment processor and e-signature provider, complete with an events gallery. 3. Clear hand-off documentation so I can update copy, change images, and add new events without coding. If you can also set up basic analytics so I can track opt-in rates and conversions, that’s a plus.
