Hi, I am an embedded systems engineer with over 16 years of experience taking connected consumer and industrial products from concept through production, including hardware, firmware, bring-up, RF validation, and manufacturing documentation. This engagement is a strong fit for my background. I can own the complete build-to-spec workflow for the ESP32-S3/nRF52840 sensor nodes and LTE gateway: sourcing and traceable BOM control, assembly, LoRa/SX1262 and sensor firmware, AES-128 communications, solar/battery validation, MQTT integration, enclosure integration, and bench testing. I also have hands-on experience with antenna tuning and VSWR measurements, low-power field devices, and producing clear as-built diagrams and QA logs. My practical approach would be to review the full specification under NDA, confirm the BOM and acceptance matrix, build and validate the first units, then assemble and test the remaining units against the agreed checklist before delivering firmware, hardware, and documentation. How many sensor nodes and gateway units are required in this phase, and should component/enclosure costs be included in the bid? I’m comfortable with the NDA and IP-assignment terms and invite you to discuss the technical details.

For a LoRa IoT Telemetry System Development, the hard part is balancing sensor scanning accuracy, battery life, Bluetooth/SIM fallback, and OTA-ready embedded reliability. I've handled similar builds involving Electronics, Microcontroller, Embedded Systems, PCB Design and Layout, usually where the important part was translating the brief into a reliable working system. My approach would be to validate the sensor matrix and power budget first, then design the acquisition PCB, embedded firmware, connectivity fallback, and OTA/admin controls in staged prototypes. For this project, I would focus especially on: - Sensor front-end, matrix scanning strategy, MCU selection, and PCB layout - Battery/power budget, Bluetooth setup, SIM fallback, buffering, and geolocation - OTA firmware, remote activation/deactivation, ownership reset, and admin controls If helpful, I can outline the sensor-to-cloud prototype plan and PCB/firmware risk checklist before committing to the full board. Best, Dr. Syafiq

Thanks for the detailed overview. This is exactly the kind of build-to-spec embedded engagement where disciplined hardware bring-up, firmware integration, and bench validation matter most. I’m comfortable working across ESP32-S3 and nRF52840-based sensor nodes, LoRa/SX1262 integration, GPS time sync, cellular MQTT gateway work, and the practical details that usually decide whether a system is field-ready: power stability, RF validation, enclosure fit, and repeatable test documentation. I can support the full path from sourcing and assembly through flashing, validation, and acceptance testing, with traceable BOMs, wiring diagrams, and clean QA logs suitable for handoff. I also understand the importance of NDA-bound development and work-made-for-hire delivery, including exclusive assignment of source and documentation. If helpful, I’d be glad to review the technical spec under NDA and map out the implementation and test plan in a structured way. I aim to keep communication clear, execution methodical, and deliverables production-oriented. Best regards.

Hi, This is a strong fit for my embedded/IoT background because I understand you are looking for ownership of the complete node/gateway build and validation process, not simply firmware development. For the sensor nodes, I can work with ESP32-S3/nRF52840, SX1262/RadioLib, I2C/UART/GPIO sensors, GPS timing, power-state management and AES-128 protected LoRa communication. For the gateway side, I would implement the LoRa-to-LTE path with SIM7600-class cellular hardware, connection recovery and reliable MQTT publishing. My approach would begin with the NDA and full technical specification, followed by a requirements/BOM review before hardware is committed. I would then establish one reference node and gateway, validate sensor/radio/power behavior, complete firmware integration, and only then reproduce the remaining units. That avoids multiplying an early hardware or RF issue across the whole batch. Testing would cover packet reliability, current consumption and battery/solar behaviour, LTE/MQTT recovery, sensor operation, encryption, GPS synchronization, antenna/VSWR performance and defined fault cases. Each delivered unit would be flashed and bench-tested against the acceptance checklist. You would receive the complete firmware source, traceable BOM, as-built wiring documentation and bench-test records, with IP transferred as required. I am comfortable signing the NDA and reviewing the detailed specification before finalising procurement and milestone acceptance tests.

I've spent 20+ years in embedded firmware and RF wireless, including ESP32-S3 and nRF52840, LoRa links and low-power sensor nodes for remote field use, so a ruggedized telemetry network is squarely my kind of work. For remote field monitoring the whole thing lives or dies on link reliability and battery life: a LoRa link that holds over distance, nodes that sleep hard between reports, and firmware that recovers cleanly from dropouts. What I'd do: - Node firmware on ESP32-S3 and nRF52840: sensor sampling, LoRa transmit, deep-sleep power budget. - A reliable scheme (LoRaWAN or a lean point-to-point protocol) with retries and acknowledgement, sized for your range. - A gateway and backhaul path so readings reach your server, with buffering when the link drops. - Field diagnostics and an OTA-ready structure, tested on hardware before handover. You get a sensor network that keeps reporting from the field on a real power budget, validated on hardware rather than only on the bench. One thing to confirm: expected node-to-gateway distance, report interval, and target battery life, and are you set on LoRaWAN or open to point-to-point? I can start right away.
