I need a compact, production-ready PCB that accepts a single DC input and delivers three regulated rails—24 V @ 12 A, 12 V @ 12 A and 5 V @ 10 A—for an industrial-automation control panel. The board must keep those rails alive for roughly 5-10 minutes by automatically switching to a lithium-ion battery pack whenever the main supply drops. An onboard 8051 microcontroller will continuously sense input power, drive status LEDs and, when a brown-out is detected, shut the rails down in a defined sequence after the battery grace period. I will flash the MCU here, so please include well-commented source, compiled HEX and a simple serial or GPIO interface for configuration.
