SEO (back links) - attention hosting/domain related network owners

I require fifty (50) RELEVANT backlinks for a new website launch.

Requirements:

Minimum domain age: 2years

Minimum home page PR: 2

Minimum Alexa ranking: 500K

Minimum pages indexed by google: 25

Maximum external links per page: 20

Maximum clicks from home page: 2

Must be google indexed regularly (at least weekly)

Must be a .com/.net

Must not be a spamy domain

Must be related to hosting/domain registration

Must not be under a "sponsored links" type heading.

Must be do follow

Must not open in a new window

You must speak/communicate in English (at least as well as me)

Links must be permanent (at least for a full year)

Links must all be from unique c class

I reserve the right to reject any site/link for any reason not mentioned

Candidates will have done similar projects with similar requirements.
