Provide flashing, column cover and trim details to make the transition from artistic rendering (provided) to practical, constructable design while maintaining aesthetic / artistic intent. Cost savings are also a consideration. but we still are aiming for an aesthetically pleasing design. Construction / fabrication details shall be provided in PDF and Cad format and shall be proven design to be suitable for use in Canada / winter conditions. Attached renderings show preliminary artistic intention. Attached sketchup file / sketches shows partial cutaway of preliminary design from a structural perspective. Notes: 1) Structural steel sizes / details not finalized. 2) Storefront window on left set within concrete block wall rough opening all sides (angle iron on top to support brick) 3) 2 Storefront windows on right set within concrete block wall rough openings (angle iron on top to support brick) 4) Storefront windows to left of entrance will have re-enforced concrete at bottom, steel columns on left and right and angle iron at top. 5) Storefront windows above entrance doors will have steel I-beam at bottom, steel columns on left and right and angle iron at top. 6) Entrance doors and windows will have re-enforced concrete at bottom, steel columns on left and right and steel I-beam at top. 7) Storefront glass typical 4" depth aluminum frame set within rough openings 8) Flashing and Trim details should include all exterior requirements including, columns,I- beams, windows, raised panels, top of exterior wall cap
