Budget $300 We need to create a site plan, using our standard block, north arrow, basic information contractor, proposed rectangular building, square footage marked. We will draw up a lot of this site plan by hand for you follow, and to also add some from your experience in civil work. Project located in modest City of Vallejo, CA. We will use our standard building foot print, which will make things easier. There are actually two projects, two adjacent lots, there will be many similarities between the two, the house foot print is the same. We can figure out budget for the second together.
