We are looking for a support person to assist in customer support via email and phone for a new crypto exchange. Main responsibility would be responding to questions and queries efficiently and in a timely manner. Full training will be given. Looking for someone to work increased hours for the next two weeks whilst the exchange is launched, and then reduced hours over the next few months. Must be able to work UK nights. Full training will be given.
