Customer Service Representative
$2-4 AUD / hour
We are growing and we are looking for a night owl with exceptional customer service skills.
We require an on line assistant from the hours of 12am - 4am AEST (Sydney) to answer customer enquiries overnight.
The role is 20 hours a week Monday to Friday but must be available for training during business hours for the training period to begin with which is (9-6pm)
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
-First point contact with customers via email only
-Responding to queries via email
-Managing customer queries with warehouse
-You will be responsible for working with customers in the management of their needs for clothing sizes, payments, deliveries and any questions they might have.
