The company operates 115 small public water systems in a 7000 square mile area, based in Sebastopol, California. We use custom software for scheduling the collection of water samples and wish to build a stand-alone system to log operator visits to each water utility, record operations data, and put important information and documents in the hands of the field employees using tablets. We believe Sharepoint would be the quickest product with which to develop a usable application. We have Sharepoint Online which we have through O365 subscriptions but have not used it.
We have created a demonstration site to test the feasibility but it is not professionally done and we do not want to build upon it. THIS PROJECT IS AT THIS TO INCLUDE ONLY PHASE 1 IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT.
