Wedding Event Coordination Support

My wedding is quickly approaching and, with only a small team on hand, I need an experienced planner who can step in and keep every detail on track for our 50-100 guests. I have most of the big pieces booked, but I need someone who can own the day-to-day coordination so nothing slips through the cracks. Your main focus areas • Venue coordination – confirm floor plans, manage load-in/out schedules, oversee rehearsal, and act as on-site point of contact on the wedding day. • Guest management – keep the RSVP list current, follow up on dietary requirements, prepare seating charts, and support smooth check-in. • Vendor liaison – maintain timelines and communication with caterer, florist, DJ, photographer, and rental suppliers, ensuring contracts, deliveries, and payments stay on schedule. What I expect – A clear production timeline and run sheet delivered within the first week – Weekly progress updates (Trello, Google Sheets, or your preferred tool) – Calm, solutions-oriented presence during rehearsal and on the wedding day – All vendor and guest questions routed through you so my partner and I can simply enjoy the celebration This is a temporary engagement running from hire date through the wedding itself, but if everything goes smoothly I’m open to discussing longer-term collaboration on future events.
