Events Operations Manager for Large Scale Virtual Conference

We are organising a virtual conference, taking place end of March 2022. It will be a two-day event, with over 60 speakers joining virtually and an audience of up to 500. We are in need of an event planner to support the operational delivery of the event, which would include: - Finding and managing all suppliers: virtual events platform, AV company - Coordinating with speakers and managing technical rehearsals, briefings and other speaker logistics - Managing delivery of sponsorship benefits - Ensuring delivery of the event within the budget provided
