Microsoft Access Developer - Automated file export procedure

PROJECT TO BE FINISHED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS FRIDAY 27th JUNE Hi Folks, I am looking for a Microsoft Access developer to help me with the following. - Using Microsoft Access 2010. - See database attached. - See sample file structure attached. For privacy reasons the attached database is a cut down version of the one I am currently working on. I will copy your working code to the full database and change file locations and report names. A. User enters new countries in tbl_Counties when the first order from that country arrives. B. User will add records to tbl_Customers. Countries will be chosen from the drop down field. Records will be added continously. C. At the end of the month the user needs to run a set of reports (exported excel files). See frm_Run_Monthly_Reports What I require from contractor: 1. An automated procedure in the access database that will do the following for the month chosen eg. 2014-03 Create the folder and file structure below as needed C:\Monthly_Reports - 2014 (folder) - 2014-03 (folder) - 2014-03_France (Repeat for each county) (Folder) - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] See the attached .png file.
