The operations team at an airport development and management company is looking for help to design a number of detailed Word templates for customization and use across its network of airports. Here is a summary of the "wish list" from the operations team.
Documents wish list:
Branded “plan” or “manual’ or larger Word document template
Generic branded Word template to use for (forms, QA interviews, tabletops, etc., which would be attached to the plan as appendices – this may form part of the ‘plan’ if appropriate.)
Checklist template
Generic branded Excel Template (with branding colours, fonts, header/footer, logo, etc.)
Features:
Pre-selected colour scheme, fonts, font size according to Vantage standards
Pre populated headers/footers with branding, page numbers, version control, as appropriate
General layout of different document page options (like Patrick’s sample) that can be deleted/kept as required
Copyright embedded
Option to break into sections
Pages for
Title Page
Table of contents
Executive Summary
Introduction
Glossary
Appendices
Ability to insert new pages that apply the same branding and features
Pages should allow the insert of a Table with the correct branding/colour scheme
Pages should allow the insert of a Table of Figures as well as Captions that get inserted by the figures and tables (with appropriate branding/colour scheme)
Pages should indicate the preferred method (or provide a sample) of a Picture insert
At least 3 levels of headings
Margins not too wide and not too colour heavy – except maybe in title page – to save on ink
Colour scheme should still work when printed on black and white
Options for landscape layout pages
Allow for use of APA citation style
