If this is something about the fees for transactions, those are very largely dependent on the load across the network. A high load results in high fees, in an effort to encourage people to keep their money where it is, with the goal of reducing or neutralizing the load.
There are probably sites out there that can monitor fees, either almost, or in, real time. If you find a source of each of these numbers that takes its values from something we can address by ourselves in scripting, then it would probably be ideal to create something like a simple Python calculator for this. If macros haven't been restricted enough for security reasons, then we might even be able to do those.
