Good morning I am looking into updating some of our business excel models. We are a financial services company specialising in investment management for individuals. We will consider updating other models at a later stage, but at the moment require assistance specifically regarding our cash flow model, thus basically only one spreadsheet. The models needs to: -Easily adjust in all subsequent years should a client decide to withdraw a lump sum. -Easily adjust in all subsequent years should the client change his or her income. -Easily adjust should the client withdraw a lump sum. -We are also looking to improve the functionality of the draw down feature. Our current model does not allow for this. Additional information: Investment Income p.m. Income p.a Drawdown Inc stream option with assumptions: Assumed Return Inflation RIY Max drawdown Net real return Do you have an expert who will be able to assist?
