Have approximately 275 files containing invoices, the task is to open each file and enter the details of each invoice into an excel table (year, month, day, vendor, amount). The source file (either word or PDF) will then be renamed to the format year_month_day_amount.(pdf/doc). PDF files which are in portrait orientation after scanning will be saved as landscape mode. The completed files are to be moved to the completed folder. Files which are duplicates of other invoices to be moved into a duplicates folder, these will not be added to the excel spreadsheet. A dropbox folder will be shared with the successful bidder with an excel file to populated, the unsorted invoices, and the completed and duplicate directories.
