Hi, it seems that you want someone to create database Excel sheet which is created by macros, you also want the date to be updated automatically, a button for each task of (validation the data, overview a summary for the sheet, and adding new data), and finally you want to create a macro that enable you to print the data in PDF.
We can do that easily using VBA or visual basic for application, with basic subroutines we can do that, also we can make the subroutine work automatically when the sheet opens.
