Excel proximity count analysis

I have an excel sheet with some data based on lat and long. And i have a kmz file of locations on google earth. I basically want to find the closest counts analysis comparing these two latitudes and longitudes. Please bid only if you have data analysis experience and can apply some kind of logic in excel to come up with new counts.
