The successful process, will take an two data sources from API parsing (Tsheets vai Quickbooks, and Zoho CRM) make (three tabs) of report data for daily evaluation on Excel. The Employee's will be one of four categories, Admin, Lab, or Sales and Misc. Each person will be compared against: 1. - Schedule Shift (10 minutes ealry or late) 2. - 2 Paid Breaks a day 3. - 1 lunch period per day 4. - Shift to performance: a. Lab, need to be having a process running 20 minutes after arrival. b. Sales to be doing 25 tasks from Zoho CrM daily, and within 10 minutes after logging in, they are either accessing the CRM with a call, email, or visit, or they are on the road via the Tsheets GPS tracking.
