Production Schedule Calculator

Looking to create an excel production schedule calculator. There are multiple production lines in the facility and they run different products. Each production line + product being run has a specific throughput of bottles run per shift. I would like to create a production schedule and calendar to be able to input the product SKU and designated line to run on and it would calculate the number of days needed to complete production. It would also spread the production across a calendar in the file. For example, if a specific product SKU on production line 1 has a shift throughput of 10,000 bottles per shift, and we run 2 shifts per day, and we have total production demand of 100,000, that would require 5 production days running 10,000 per shift x 2 shifts to equal 20,000 units per day and would require 5 days production time on that line. I would like the production to be displayed in a calendar format so we can see when the actual production would start and the estimated date for it to be complete. If this sheet could be automated with a drop down for each SKU (SKU info to be provided) and then a selection of the line it would run on (line info to be provided), based on those selections it would populate across the calendar to show daily production. I would also like to have the ability to sequence another SKU to schedule after the initial SKU. For example SKU 1 to run on Line 3 and it will take 15 days to complete production, I would like to be able to show SKU 9 to run on Line 3 after SKU 1 has completed, and show that it would start after the first 15 days and would take 5 days for SKU 9 to be completed.
