Prospective project containing financial data -- Norwegian Bahasa and Hebrew to English

We have an enquiry from a new client, which is a leading bank and it seems that they have a lot of financial data available with them in PDF format which needs to be translated into English from the following source languages. 1. Norwegian to English 2. Bahasa Indonesian to English 3. Hebrew to English They want us to attempt a test delivery and have provided us sample PDFs, accordingly we are planning to do the following since there are few restrictions on the budget for executing this project: 1. We plan to extract the text from the PDFs. 2. Identify and extract the terminology from the extracted text. 3. Get the text machine translated and prepare a TM. We need the following help from you for this test delivery, wherein you will need to: 1. Review the TM and tell us if it is a one to one match (this will prove that our TM extraction algorithm is correct or not). 2. Review the machine translated contents and tell us what would be the quality – what level of accuracy (this will give us POST EDIT efforts /requirement). 3. Help us with post-editing for initial few pages to understand whether our efforts have been successful. We can mutually decide and agree at an hourly fee for the first 2 Review steps, while we can arrive at a post-editing rate for the last step for the purpose of this test delivery. Though we will pay you in this manner for this sample. Let me know your price.
