Quickbooks - Automated export of invoices in CSV format

We need to
(1) add custom fields to our QB invoices, some of them with an enumeration/drill-down list
(2) flag some Customers as "e-invoiced"
(3) on a scheduled basis (a couple of times a day for example), extract invoices related to "e-invoiced" customers - the extract shall be in CSV or XML format and provide header and line item details, including some of the added custom fields. Ideally, there should be one file per invoice (like invoice XYZ is extracted as [url removed, login to view])
