Real estate investing company looking for a virtual assistant to help with daily operations to include: Property Research -Posting Property Advertisement to Different Sales Channel (YouTube, Company Website, Craiglist, Landwatch, FB pages) -Run physical data through the use of Parcel, Owner Name and Plat Map -Research current ownership/property and mailing address -Enter data into spreadsheet from PDF document -Email client the final and clean product or project -Product listings/Order Entry/Order Confirmation -Data Entry such as Invoices, Taxlistings, HOA Listings, Taxroll, NMLS -Run comparables -Search Tax due/ Tax diligence -Mapping Use the following systems and sites : -Podio -Netronline (County Assessor, Treasurer, Auditor, Recorder) -Google Earth Pro -Google Maps -Google Drive -GIS Maps -Zillow -Dropbox To summarizes I'm looking for a detail oriented person, that can work under pressure, fast learner, efficient employee and willing to learn things for the accomplishments of the projects given by the client .
